This is a lovely re-bound edition of this uncommon book in Very Good condition, the original dustjacket is on the front cover and the blurb pasted inside on the first endpaper. Book is tightly bound and complete and has a couple of book store stamps inside and; very minor foxing and a small amount of staining at the bottom of some pages which does not affect the text. Australian shipping may differ from the Abe quote, which is for a standard hardcover. Shipping can be combined. All overseas buyers need to contact me to check shipping rates prior to ordering as there is currently no Economy Air option for shipping outside Australia. Extraordinary times.
