15 volume set of the works of Charles Dickens. No publication date; circa 1880. Leather spines and corners; marbled paper-covered boards. Marbled endpapers and page edges. Gilt lettering/decoration on the spines, in red and black letter-boxes - the red still quite bright, but the black somewhat faded. Just a bit of light edgewear, and to corners and spine extremities. Just a bit of light surface rubbing. The marbled page edges are a bit faded. Else the pages are clean. The rear hinge of the Bleak House volume is cracked, and the front hinge is completely open; this volumes needs to be repaired, but still looks nice on the shelf as-is. The hinges of all the other volumes are intact, and are VG. An attractive set.
