Cover has mounted color illustration by Andy Warhol. 22pp. Scarce promotional work for this prestigious New York residential building located at 4 East 62nd St. The Curzon House was created by combining two historic Beaux Arts limestone mansions. It features 13 luxury apartments. The cover by Warhol is from a 1984 silkscreen "Untitled- Building". There is also a 5-line quote by Warhol on the inside cover regarding the building. The booklet features a text description of the Curzon and its apartments with 13 full-page color architectural renderings of each apartment as well as numerous other drawings and plans. Our research has turned up no copies of this work or any reference to it at all. A very good copy with some soiling to the white cloth and image borders and some rubbing and wear to the spine. The text and plates are very good and clean. Foreign postage extra on this large book. Seller Inventory # 11313
