The book contains 10 essays in all, including subjects such as Charles Dickens, Adolf Hitler, Rudyard Kipling, W.B. Yeats, Salvador Dali, Arthur Koestler, P.G. Wodehouse, and more.please see the photos for the complete list. Condition: Light soiling and stains on the covers; sharp corners; there is a 4" cloth tears along the center of the left edge of the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The text pages are in excellent condition and nearly appear unread - clean with no issues found. Tanning/foxing to the end papers and pastedowns.
