Fifth printing, September 1958 - toning with very light soiling to edges of text block - a former owners name inked to upper front free end paper, dj now enclosed in mylar wrap shows edge wear, scuffing to folds and toning to rear panel - 1/4" tear with 3/8" wide x 3/8" deep triangle piece missing along top edge and 1/8" tear with creasing along bottom edge of front panel - two 1/4" tears with 2 short creases along top edge with 1/8" and 1/4" tears along bottom edge of rear panel - 5/8" and 25/8" tears with chipping to top edge with 11/4" wide x 1/4" deep piece missing and 31/4" tear to bottom edge of spine - 5/8" tear to top and 1/2" tear to bottom of fold rear panel to flap - 1/4" tear to top and a very small chip to bottom of fold front panel to flap - original price intact, fold-out map titled "The Crazy Horse Country" attached in front of half title page.
