A collection of writing on gardens and the plant and animal life to be found therein; includes work by John Gerade, Sir Walter Scott, Sir Uvedale Price et al. Hardback book, with attractive colour decorated boards and 7 tipped-in colour plates by Margaret Waterfield (tissue guard paper still intact). There is some minor foxing to rear of boards & light rubbing to spine, but overall this book is in very good & clean condition; a nice copy of an attractive book. Seller Inventory # 4976
