First entered in 1865, this is second edition. Still wrapped in heavy paper, resulting in splendidly preserved book. Prev owners name elegantly written on ffep-otherwise umarked. Green spine is briiliant and gilt looks as though just applied. Pages are toned with occasional foxing spots. Ffep has closed tear at bottom of page.Sewn binding, 354 pages, green leather strip on spine with gilt printing and red-brown decorative cloth covered boards and marbled edges.
