Text is tight and clean, appears unused. Paper is beige with age-darkening on the top edges. 188pps plus 2 giving a list of The Collections of the Nove Scotia Historical Society. Before the title page is a 2-page map of 'The Naval Yard, Halifax, N.S., in 1784. Placed inside the back cover are 13 pages of hand-written notes, apparently relating to Nova Scotia naval history, particularly 1812. One note mentions 'Murdock's History of Nova Scotia 1812. The writing appears to be relatively recent, certainly 20th century. There are no marks, foxing or discolouring on the text. The cover is board covered in brown cloth in very good condition. Pasted on is what appears to be the original paper cover, which is 9" x 5" in size and is somewhat age-darkened. Size: 8vo. Seller Inventory # 001095
