Uncorrected proof, 57 pages, very good condition in paper covers, ink stains on front cover, spine slightly browned, lower corners of covers creased. Duncan Glen's copy with his ownership inscription in the top right corner of the front free end-paper, with some ink noted by Duncan Glen on 4 pages. Compliment slip from Timothy O'Keefe of MAcgibbon and Kee loosely enclosed. Two newspaper cuttings enclosed with some offsetting on to the front free end-paper. Seller Inventory # 021657
