Collection of press clippings relating to Australian Boxer of the 1920's Jimmy Tibbetts. The correct spelling of his name is unclear, as he is referred to as Tibbetts, Tibbitts, Tibbits, Tibbets . Ruled exercise book with browned newspaper clippings pasted in. Approx 60 leaves with 3/4 columns per side. Betting slip (for fight against Joe Esler in 1926) and later ticket (1959) laid in. Bound in blue cloth with the title in gilt. A little bumped and stained, else very good. Seller Inventory # 29861
