1895. New and Cheaper Edition. 287 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front endpapers, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Moderate cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding is slightly loose. Occasional thumb-marking and marginalia present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with mild bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Liquid drops on front board. Seller Inventory # 1692709759IEV
