Second and revised edition. Not dated, but circa 1920's. Quarto in horizontal format, 285mm x 225mm. Beige paper covered hard boards with a sepia photogravure image tipped onto the upper panel. String bound. Thirty tipped in photogravures by Mennie taken throughout China and with captions in English. Donald Mennie was a long time resident of Shanghai and Managing Director of A.S. Watson. A little wear to the rear boards, contents in Fine condition. The first edition of this book was in soft wraps, here the second edition is more attractively presented with hard boards.
