Green cloth boards with gilt titles and illustration. 12 tipped-in colour plates by Jessie Willcox Smith protected by tissue guards (including one as frontispiece); many additional drawings in text. Boards lightly rubbed and with a few small marks/stains; corners bumped; ends of spine lightly crushed. Bookplate on front pastedown. Light spotting to edges of text block. Endpapers foxed; otherwise pages clean; plates bright. Front hinge cracked; gutters starting to crack in a couple of places. Seller Inventory # 633
