Kelly green silk moiré endpapers. 216 pp. The book is also larger than the Heritage Press edition measuring 7.5 x 10.5 inches Deluxe Heritage Press edition especially bound for the Illinois Gear and Machine Company to be given as gifts. The Heritage Press half title page is preceded by a presentation title page with a blank line to be filled in with name of the receiver. That title page bears the date, 1970. Seller Inventory # 731
