Orders placed with us usually ship within 48 hours or two business days. Shipping costs are based on book weight plus the cost of materials, handling, tracking, insurance (if greater than the default insurance coverage of the carrier) and signature confirmation if needed. All shipments are insured for the full value of the item plus the cost of the shipment.
