Small brown-paper covered booklet with 22 home-made recipes in manuscript including such favourites as apple crumble, Queen of Puddings, fish cakes and baked stuffed potatoes. Pages and outer edges secured with Sellotape. Loosely inserted is another sheet of note paper with a recipe for yeast cake, giving an address at the top of the page : "Hafod, 10 St Isam Rd, Cardiff", written in Ms Beavan's hand so we may presume she was a Welsh woman.
