(1893) xiii, 488 pp., 28 plates, 17 pp. of advertisements. (London: British Museum) Hardcover, has been crudely rebound using heavy tape over the spine (see photo). Title page is missing, supplied by a old typed sheet. First xiii and 12 pp. detached; stapled together. Page 177 detached, with large tears. Pencilled marginalia here and there. The text is complete, as are the plates. The interior pages are mostly good, but due to the brittle paper some margins are torn. Overall a working copy of this scarce volume.
