Worn at corners and spine ends, spine rubbed, spine label has small piece missing from it, chipped at head of spine, leather boards scratched/rubbed, previous owner bookplate on front free end paper, a prize presentation label from the St. Peter's School, York on front paste down, light foxing on end papers, front cover "sprung" so that it does not close completely.
