Later 19th-century full dark green morocco gilt by Tout, t.e.g.; foxing to preliminaries, repaired closed tear Water Birds half-title, occasional spotting to a few plates, faint presentation inscription from Thomas Kerrick, 1826, on each half-title One of 100 sets of proofs of Bewick's British Land Birds and Water Birds. Roscoe quotes a letter from Bewick to J.F.M.
