1902. Reprint. 377 pages. No dust jacket. Black cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Contains colour map frontispiece, with black and white maps throughout. Pages are moderately tanned, with noticeable foxing to endpapers, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to one of first few pages. Deckled edges. Boards have heavy shelf-wear, with visible corner bumping and noticeable scuffing to edges. Noticeable crushing and slight splitting to spine ends. Gilt remains bright.
