pp. [4], folding map, 190, [2]. 24mo. (5 1/2" tall). No. 12. Vol.III. Illustrated with railroad maps. Plan of the city of Boston is in excellent condition, (11" by 10"), dated 1844. This small pocket almanac is in near fine condition except for a small closed tear on the spine. Embossed cloth binding has very minor wear and faded spine now protected in mylar. Front and rear paste downs have beautiful printed advertisements for the printer. No previous owner's names or marks, the memoranda pages are un-marked. A sweet little almanac as clean as can be and thus scarce. Seller Inventory # 003170
