Printed in dark blue ink on thick, slick paper with many blue and white illustrations throughout. A beautifully illustrated vintage trade catalog by the Boomer & Boschert Press Company advertising their presses. Includes entries for the Cotton Seed Huller, Oil Seed Meal Crusher, Automatic Oil Press, Lard and Tallow Press, Knuckle Joint Tankage Presses, Leather Presses, Baling Presses, Paper or Book Presses, Knit Goods Press, Herb and Hop Press, Vulcanizing Press, Press for General Use, and a Pressure Indicator, among others. Each entry includes an illustration, a description, specifications and a price. Includes a list of clients of the Boomer & Boschert Press Company as well. Though no publication date is printed in the catalog, there is a stamp dated 1888 at the front cover. That combined with the style of the catalog makes me assume that this catalog was printed in the 1880s. Spine quite chipped. Library, US Patent Office, MAY 26 1888 stamp in purple at the top left corner of the front cover. 104 in lead pencil at the front cover as well. Otherwise, pages are clean and free of writing. The covers are starting to separate from the textblock, but remain intact. Signature visible. Lower right corner of rear cover missing (see photo). Binding is loose, but remains intact as well.
