Wear to covers and spine, edges of cover chipped, ripped, creased and worn, some small pieces missing, top and bottom of spine chipped and worn, surface of spine worn, surface of covers and spine grubby, internally in good condition, pages crisp and clear but slightly yellowing, a few odd spots of foxing and a few bent and creased corners, both maps present but both have rip just below the hinges, map 1 goes 6 cm onto map, also a stain on the top edge, 5 cm onto map.
