About this Item
A charming award book privately printed for Redwood County Public Schools, titled "Birds of Minnesota". Each leaf has on its recto an illustration of a native bird, along with a printed form certifying that the student has attended school for twenty days straight. There are spaces for the student's name, the current date, and the teacher's signature. On the versos of each leaf is a description of the bird on the recto. This copy has nine leaves certifying Roger Dahl's attendance, as noted by his teacher Lucille Leuk. Measures 6.5" by 4", secured in original blue wrappers with gold ribbon; title and illustration of cardinal printed in gold on upper wrapper. Seller Inventory # 22000439
