Note - this is the original Exhibitors Campaign Book produced to support the 1967 movie of the same name starring Michael Caine, Karl Malden, Ed Begley, Oscar Homolka and Francoise Dorleac and directed by Ken Russell. THIS IS NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION. This would have been sent to the cinemas and the media during the release year of the movie. Contains information and images of the licensed merchandising that was produced to tie in with the film; press adverts and posters that were used to promote the film; details of stills and lobby cards to promote the movie; and other merchandising campaigns etc. These original Exhibitor Campaign Books are difficult to find these days.
