Later US edition and possibly a third edition - this is the Alpha Library edition which is undated but I believe it was published in 1945. First published by Rand, McNally in 1895. Originally published by Henry in the UK in 1892. The rear panel of the boards has a number of dark stains over the bottom half and a little dark marking to the top left corner. There is one small mark to the front panel of the boards also a little rubbing to the corners. Browning to the page edges with some spotting to the fore edges. Browning and light spotting to the endpapers and the next few pages. There is a one inch stain to page 3 and a few spots here and there through the book but the pages are generally clean and unmarked. No jacket. First printing. Seller Inventory # 019614

I will generally use whatever method is covered by the standard postage charge but if you specifically wish to have it sent surface or airmail or anything else please ask and I will amend the charge accordingly. Please only choose the cheaper surface mail option if you do not mind waiting - the suggested upper time limit for this form of delivery is 60 days and it can take that long - and sometimes a bit longer. If therefore you wish to receive the book in 2-3 weeks then please opt for the more expensive postage option which will guarantee airmail delivery.
