About the Author: Dipl.-Ing. Sivo Schilling has been an expert consultant for bauforumstahl e. V. since 2002 and was responsible for the creation of this book. Markus Feldmann, Head of the Chair of Steel and Light Metal Structures and of the Institute for Steel Construction at RWTH Aachen, as well as Prof. Dr.- Ing. Richard Stroetmann, Head of the Chair of Steel Construction at the Institute for Steel and Timber Structures of TU Dresden - who provided their experiences from working both in standards, practice and teaching.
