Size: 4 x 6 3/4 inches. Page number:378. Hardcover. Brown leather boards with five raised bands, gilt lettering and ornamentation to the spine. Marble end papers, red end blocks. This is 'The Premier Tome' - The First Book - having three books within. With three engraved images. Condition: Very Good. The boards are a little worn with loss to the top bottom and back of the spine. The spine begins to crack at the hinges but is still secure. The gilding on the spine remains bright. The pages within, but for a few marks of little significance, remain clean and un-thumbed. On the frontispiece the words 'Tome Premier' cut from paper cover the words 'Tome Second'. This was a printers error; this is the First Volume. The original owners name, partly scratched out, is written in ink on the end paper. Seller Inventory # 000867
