It is, therefore, somewhat curious that up to the present, amond the thousands of books published anually, no comprehensive work on the antiquities of ale and beer has found place." This copy is NEAR FINE. Tan paper label affixed to the spine with black lettering. Publisher's emblem in silver to the front of the silver/gray card board covers. Paper label has minimal chipping. Page edges with a couple of random smudges. Otherwise exterior is bright and clear. Inside is pristine. Also laid in are two publisher's cards.
