Large and heavy book, measures nearly 15 x 18 inches. Considerable wear to the covers and spine. Broken binding, Stained endpapers. The pages have some discoloring and wear, soiling but the maps are all good other than one. The book is complete with all of the illustrations and maps except the front 2 page State of Illinois map which is heavily chipped and torn, missing pieces and only partially present.
