About this Item
Book appears moderately read with general wear at edges, tips and extremities. There is a faint dampstain at the lower edge of the pages that is most apparent at the first 10 pages of the book then seems to gradually fade in and out towards the rear. Binding is still reasonably tight with all 12 illustrations by Parrish present and still protected by affixed tissue. There is some slight rubbing at pastedown on front cover, but gilt spine lettering is still bold and bright! Not a perfect copy by any means but still a very respectable specimen of this early edition with the greater number of illustrations. 354 pages + illustrated endpapers. Seller Inventory # 002807
