The Arabian Nights (Title On Boards) Or The Arabian Nights' Entertainments (On Title Page), Circa 1940, Number 18 In The Royal Series. Undated, But Appears To Be A Scaled Down Version Of Earlier Editions Which Had A Number Of Colour Plates, So Presuming Probable War-Time Edition. This Good Copy Which Has Some Corner Wear And A One Inch Split To Lower Front Board/Spine Bottom Junction Has Attractive Blue And Black Deco Motif On Boards, And A Very Nice Dust Jacket By A.E. Jackson. There Is Also A Black And White Frontispiece By This Artist. The Dust Jacket Is In Good Only Condition With Significant Loss To Spine Top And Tail And Outer Corners, But Is Unclipped, Showing The Original 1/- Price. There Is A Pencilled Gift Inscription On Ffep Dated Christmas 1941. Seller Inventory # 005789
