Unclipped DJ shows darkening to spine, small chips and tears head and heel of spine and small loss with corresponds with bump to rear cover. Minor general soil shows on light colored paper. With an introduction and notes by Martin Gardener, the editor of The Annotated Alice. "The orignal illustrations by Henry Holiday are reproduced directly from a rare early edition.
