Leather binding with marbled covers, gilt decorative spine, marbled endpapers. A nice looking volume. Some spine edge cracking at the spine ends, the hinges are in good order. Toning to the title page, some marking and toning to the blank endpapers, a few marks to the last couple pages. The original printed paper covers are bound in at the front and rear. University of London library bookplate on the endpaper, and their small neat circular stamp on the title reverse and bottom margin of the last page(no other markings). Pages; VII, 238, (2).
