22.5 x 18 cm. Bound in vellum covered boards and with original dust jacket. Copy number 126 of 450 copies printed and made by hand by Loyd Haberly. 2 cm piece out of the spine of the jacket and a closed tear to the front flap crease. Toning to edges of jacket. Boards are noticably warped. This poem is one of several carols dictated early in the XVth century by the chantry priest John Awdlay, while he lay blind, deaf and sick in Haghmond Abbey, near Shrewsbury. The woodcut illustrations are by L. H. (Loyd Haberly). Seller Inventory # 55448
