17 woodcuts by Loyd Haberly. Small 4to. [225 x 177 x 10 mm]. [12]ff. Bound by Haberly in vellum covered boards, the title blocked in black on the front, pink endleaves, uncut edges. (The boards a little bowed and vellum slightly soiled). Number 79 of 450 copies handset in Goudy and printed on Portals "Test Valley" hand-made paper. It is a good copy. "The poem is one of several carols dictated early in the XVth century by the chantry priest John Awdlay, while he lay blind, deaf and sick in Haghmond Abbey, near Shrewsbury".
