Publisher's black cloth boards stamped with oriental design showing a dragon in green and name strip in orange, with smaller name strip to spine. Slight wear to spine edges & corners; small losses to gutter where spine edge meets rear board. Prize certificate to front board inner & school stamp to front fly (date stamp 21 Dec 1927). Slight signs of handling to other pages & offsetting to endpapers; bottom outer corner of rear fly leaf has a slight discolouration but which has not transferred to other pages. Dust wrapper scarce, corner nibbles &small losses to spine ends but otherwise very good; now with protective cover. The design of the dust wrapper matches the book boards, save that the colour of the boards is brighter. Language: eng. Seller Inventory # 5044
