Iconic performance of Giuseppe Verdi's AIDA in Luxor 1997. The following month a terrorist attack killed around 60 tourists which put paid to planned future annual performances. The programme is in very good condition. The semi translucent DJ has some edge wear and a closed tear to the top of the spine. The programme itself is filled with many colourful photographs of artifacts and provides a history of AIDA and the discovery of the tomb of Tut Ankh Amun as it was the 75th anniversary of its discovery. It presents well and together with a scarce postcard and ticket to the event this makes it a very desirable collectors item. Seller Inventory # 004065
