[i]-lxxvi, [1]-472, 485-491. lacking pp. 473-484 (the Auditor's and Treasurer's Report, which apparently was not bound in). Old calf; the spine is gone; the covers are detached. The leather is worn, with some loss; toning throughout. Extra blank pages have been bound in; on some there are ink notations; e.g., on a blank preliminary, someone wrote: "The Laws in this volume were revised by a joint committee of the Senate and House of Representatives on the part of the Senate-see journal Vol. 3. p 19- Mr. John Milligan of Jefferson (County); Mr. Geo. Tod of Trumbull (County); and on the part of the H. R. see journal Vol. 3. p 23 Homer Hine of Trumbull (County); John Sloane of Jefferson (county); Wm Patton of Ross (County)."
