Circa 1890. Brown cloth back strip. Edges and corners worn. Covers gently soiled, spotted. Blue floral endpapers. Front hinge weakened but intact. Ink inscription front free endpaper dated 1894. This is a very nice example of a Victorian illustrated autograph album. Twenty pages of illustrations in chromolithography and half-tone. The illustrations are arranged on the page to allow album entries. There are six entries in varied, neat ink addressed to "Ediebell" and dated at various times in 1893-94. Center-most leaf is loosened from the binding. The printing suggests the quality of Ernest Nister but no markings to confirm. Size: Small Thin Quarto. Seller Inventory # 001711
