Personal check or money order or credit card through ABE,PayPal or Square.
Shipping is $5.50 per book for Priority Mail or $4.00 for Media Mail in the U.S. unless other arrangements are made. Shipment outside the United States billed at cost.
Books held for 7 days. Returns up to 10 days with advance notice.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
