Scarce vintage crime/mystery novel first edition 1952 - good-plus clean crisp interior for the age, with no marks, neat inscription to front e/paper, just a few faint foxing specks to prelims, light tone to top closed edge of pages, boards in good clean firm condition just very small mark to lower front edge; d/j has average edge/shelfwear, small loss to top spine tip and lower front corners as shown, dulled to rear but with bright frontage and no large tears/loss, covered with a new removable sleeve-protector and unclipped./.
