Overall very good, untrimmed. The last of Joseph Stafford's three Boston almanacs, issued for the years 1739, 1740, and 1744. Stafford also composed two Rhode Island almanacs for 1737 and 1738. Page [15] contains forecasts for eclipses with apocalyptic predictions, and pp.[15-16] features ten mathematical problems, "for the Sons of Art, to divert themselves in a Winter's Evening."
