About the Author:

Chandra Mohan is currently an Advisor, International Higher Education, Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. He worked in the same capacity earlier at the University of Jammu. He taught English and Comparative Literature at the University of Delhi and several international universities. He was awarded the Senior Fulbright and Canadian Research Fellowships.
