The Belgian designer Stefan Schoning has built up a rich and varied portfolio, always focusing on beauty and perfection. His enormous curiosity is the breeding ground for his projects and for his search for new disciplines such as public design and architecture. His creations have found their place in the international furniture fair in Milan, such as the timeless hall stand 'Crown', the side table 'Wifi' and the chair 'Ultra'. Stefan Sch�ning heeft sinds zijn start als designer een rijke en enorm gevarieerde portfolio opgebouwd, waarbij hij steeds op zoek gaat naar schoonheid en perfectie. Een immense nieuwsgierigheid ligt aan de basis van zijn projecten en van zijn zoektocht naar nieuwe disciplines zoals public design en architectuur. Op de internationale meubelbeurs in Milaan kom je steevast zijn ontwerpen tegen, zoals de tijdloze kapstok 'Crown', het bijzettafeltje 'wifi' of de stoel 'ultra'. Ook in eigen land is de ontwerper bijzonder actief. Getuige de modulaire sofa voor het modemuseum in Antwerpen, de nieuwe huisstijl voor de Belgische spoorwegen, binnenkort de gloednieuwe verkeerslichten voor Vlaanderen en de herinrichting van de 'Lokettenzaal' in het Vlaams Parlement.
