Synopsis
David Crow is a solitary cowboy who recently arrived at a small, idyllic town close to the Rocky Mountains to start a new life, but a lethal threat has arisen. No one suspects that in reality it deals with a CIA agent and a fatwa. Pursued by Islamic terrorists who intend to carry it out, he enrolls in the Agent Protection Program, and even though he has tried to disappear, he is soon discovered. The CIA then decides to use him as a decoy in order to capture the terrorists, but David knows that this plan could be more dangerous and the only alternative is to confront his enemies to defend his life. The past that is lurking like a shadow is engulfing him, and is the only hope for the future.

About the Author
James Nava is of Spanish origin, but has been adopted by North America. He voluntarily enlisted in an elite unit of the Army when he was seventeen years old, and has developed his areas of professional interest in the fields of special forces and the intelligence community of the United States, of which he has a vast amount of knowledge. He has a passion for wolves, for the open spaces in the American West, and for the native cultures of India and America, among other themes. He has specialized in North American affairs, international politics, ecology, security, and defense. He is the author of ConspiraciA3n (Conspiracy), El Infiltrado (The Infiltrator), Lobo Gris (Grey Wolf), El Agente Protegido (The Protected Agent), and Tierra de Suenos (Land of Dreams). Currently he is a writer, a military and intelligence analyst, a financial investor, and a contributor to the digital publication The American.
