Although the tradition links it with the Carvaka system of thought, its study leads a reader toward a skeptical critique of all the major systems of Indian Philosophy. It is indeed an unique work depicting Jayarashi Bhatta as a great dialectician. The First Sanskrit Edition of this book was prepared by late Pt. Sukhlalji and Sri Rasikalal Parikh, which were published by G.O.S. in 1940.
