About the Author

V. Ravi, Ph.D. (Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India), is Associate Professor, Department of Humanities, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, India. He has 15 years of teaching experience to graduate and postgraduate students of management. His areas of interest include reverse logistics, supply chain management, quantitative techniques, general management, etc. He has published a number of research papers in leading international journals and conferences.
