RAO V. DUKKIPATI, Ph.D. (Oklahoma State University) is Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Fairfield University, Fairfield (Connecticut) and Adjunct Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Concordia University, Montreal. A Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Canadian Society of Mechanical Engineers (CSME), Professor Dukkipati has been serving the United Nations as a UNDP expert for transfer of technology to India. He has published many articles in national and international journals and has authored/co-authored several books. J. SRINIVAS, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, SCSVMV Deemed University, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu. Dr. Srinivas has published several articles in national and international journals and authored three textbooks.
