The author own material tells us "the material came from a little girl blind since birth whom l had known since childhood and observations of a boy pupil who was a musician". The "Blind Musician" went through 15 editions in his lifetime. This edition is a reprint in boards of the 6th edn of l898 which was first published in English in l957.
